Food Safety Management:
Food Safety Team Member since 2013, implemented ISO 22000 for both Paind’Or and Fantasia
• Maintaining records of all documents including master lists; prepare quality & safety forms, in
addition to minutes of meeting preparation
• Allocating roles and responsibilities in the company with continuous follow up in which the
system is appropriately employed
• Developing quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analysis, identifying critical control
points and establishing critical limits
• Determining root cause of deviations and non-conforming results also implementing appropriate

• Inspecting raw material; testing new & alternative materials through analysis, sourcing and trials
• Performing laboratory flour analysis using Glutomatic mixers, Alveograph and Consistograph
machines
• Conducting microbiological analysis for water, raw materials, Semi finished and End product for
(Pastry, Bakery, Ice cream, Chocolate, Chips, and Catering department), in addition to surface &
hand swabs
• Enforcing compliance with governmental regulations and company policies
Good Knowledge of ‘LIBNOR Standards, Codex Alimentarius, and FDA
• Following up with the Lebanese authorities concerning norms updates (attendance of seminars
with ‘LIBNOR, Chamber of commerce Industry and Agriculture of Beirut and Mount-Lebanon)

Product Development:
• Undertake market research for food product development
• Shelf life evaluation and developing product specifications
• Assisting in launching the company and staff selection
• Developing the company’s policies and procedures, and employees’ job descriptions
• Initiating and implementing a research plan in coordination with the owner
• Setting research deadlines and following up on their submission
