1- Finalize the acceptance issues with the client, project Huwaei ( Etisalat, Mobinil, Vodafone ) .
2- Solving any required and missing documents, problems with client .
3- Attend all meeting with client to proceed all client new regulation & Process .
4- Coordinate team ( Mobinil survey team ) starting from receiving the working order till submit the site to my client then following up the Purchas order + acceptance documents and get the approval to invoice .

H.R Responsibility:-

1. Sets plans and procedures for recruitment, testing, selection, and hiring.
 2. Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
 3. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
 4. Prepares job descriptions.
 5. Coordinates with management to prepare staffing budgets.
 6. Establishes training policies, programs, and schedules.
 7. Assist in conducting performance appraisals program.
 8. Follow-up the social insurance & labor law procedures.
 9. Follow-up all personnel procedures.
 10. Manages daily administrative operations of the department including establishing work priorities; assists in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations of the company.

Main Dealer & Cost Controller With Nokia Siemens Networks ( N.S.N ) & Ericsson Networks.
