6- مراجعة تقارير الأداء ومقارنتها بالخطط المرسومة و إعادة التخطيط لتلافي التأخير عذد حصوله
8- الحرص على اتخاذ كافة الاجراءات لإنهاء المشروع بالتاريخ المخصص
1- Reviewing the design drawings and approving Shop drawings

3- Reviewing implementation methods (reviewing the design wooden and metal formwork, correcting and approving it)
4- Reviewing and approveing the methods of pre-stressed cables
4- Reviewing, correcting and approving the accounts of the bridge bearings and expansion joints
5- Daily follow-up of the implementation work carried out by the contractor, hand over of ready works, preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports and submitting them to the competent higher departments.
6- Reviewing performance reports and comparing them with drawn plans and re-planning to avoid delays as they happen
8- Ensure that all measures are taken to complete the project on the designated date

4- المتابعة اليومية وإعداد التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية وتقديمها إلى الجهات العليا المختصة
5- مراجعة تقارير الأداء ومقارنتها بالخطط المخططة وتجنب التأخير في الحصول عليها
