World Trading Center-Project Close-out Stage
Construction of the Fairmont Hotel & Serviced Apartment in Abu Dhabi located at Marina area with AED1.1 Billion project value.
Construction of prestigious significant resort at Dead sea provided with 13 private bungalows in addition of four types of swimming pools, children's park and four different types of restaurants; the Project value is USD42M, where I have established the management and engineering consulting core and manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project, including the entire scope of works.
The Project value was USD15M, and I was employed by The Office of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah, of Jordan to manage the entire construction of the National Children's Museum; the only brilliant museum for children's in the Middle East Region, where the project has been shortlisted of being best of five projects nominates of having Agha Ghan Award.
Design/Build for NRCT Bunker ‘C’, including Concrete Pads, Re-install Concrete Barriers, Manufacture & Install Massive Gates. Works involved treatment of Nuclear Polluted Soil, the work was supervised by FlUOR DANIAL US Company.
The project value was USD250K
Design/Build for NRCT banker B including;Traffic, fencing, lighting, gates, security system and the motion detection with total value of USD980K and also, the work was supervised by FLUOR DANIAL U.S. Company
Task: Overall Management of European Tobacco-Baku, Azerbaijan
➢ I was appointed by the same group to be a head of the Management team to study and analyze execution process of tobacco plant in Serbia-Chachak; the project value was USD100M
The scope was to renovating, rehabilitating and launching almost 100, 000 s.q.m. with the sum of USD50M as total investment, and the extra-ordinary challenge was to having finished the first phase of the project with only 142 days, and to be opened formally for production on the 2nd of February 2000.
Establish and over all management of European Tobacco - U.A.E.
Renovation and Construction of Royal Palaces at three different Governorates; Amman, Aqaba and Al Rajif with total value of USD2.3M such as:
• Construction of Guest House in Aqaba;
• Full renovation of the Main House in Aqaba;
• Construction of the Recreation Hall including; indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and steam-room in Amman;
• Renovation works for the Main Houses in Amman and Alrajif.

I studied 4 years, design of concrete, engineering economic and planning, soil, roads, fluids, field surveying, mechanics, design of steel structures, materials strength, statistics, computer/Java, plumbing, laboratories and factories.
