Leading the technical department, maintenance technicians and technology technicians, taking care about the tools, production machines and buildings, application and keeping the TPM system, transfers of technologies, installation of the new technologies, commissioning of the new technologies, tasks solving as a project team member, continuously improvement, acquisition of the property and spare parts, determination of technical conditions for purchasing and selection the suppliers, monitoring, analysis and optimalization of the costs for management, maintenance and energies, checking and valuation of the employees.
