- Design and Deliver engaging people development programmes, ensuring that all distributor and company policies and procedures are adhered to, in line with Academy quality standards.
- Create and encourage positive, energetic, memorable and productive learning Environments for all delegates/participants.
- Complete ongoing Self-assessment of training programme content and delivery, to promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure active promotion and continuous improvement of staff and customer engagement activities.
- Develop training content and material and implement for front line (non technical) staff in distributor and retail branches.
- Conduct Kaizen review of programme impact, make appropriate recommendations and ensure all changes are co-ordinated the Sales and After Sales Development Manager and Academy Operations Manager
- Conduct competency testing as required.
- Assist with the orientation, training and coaching of staff, management and other stakeholders to increase efficiency within the workplace
-Conduct branch visits as required to identify stakeholder training requirements and complete scoping documentation.
- Achieve and exceed the allocated sales target for new units, trade-ins, accessories and insurance policies
- Deliver the highest levels of customer service, thereby creating customer loyalty and repeat sales
- Adhere to company procedures, particularly cash and credit handling, to ensure safety of cash and minimum bad debts
- Constantly improve and update knowledge of product range, features and benefits
- Maintain awareness of automotive industry, paying particular attention to new features, technical developments, market trends, competitor analysis, selling techniques and customer handling skills
- Complete used car appraisals and quotes within set time frame to increase efficiency and sales
- Follow-up with current and new customers via telephone enquiries and showroom walk-ins
- Ability to problem-solve and ultimately deliver sales results within set timeframes
To efficiently and effectively sell RJ products in Dubai and Northern Emirates ensuring maximum exposure of the products to all the G.S.A and Travel Agency.
To create sales and marketing strategies and study competitor activities
To train, motivate and monitor counter staff activities.
To assist and support G.S.A’S in their respective territories and meet their requirements
Give presentation on RJ products and hold Seminars if and when required
Preparing weekly and monthly market/Sales reports.
To Plan schedule in/out of Amman

- Responsible to ensure efficient and prompt handling of all counter activities such as pre-flight check, queues, special requests such as Meda/stretcher cases.
- To handle both corporate and walk-in clients to there utter most satisfaction.
