• Covering IT division purchasing requests.
• Responsible for coordinating all the company's travel, Meetings, Training session’s needs. (Ticketing, Hotel booking & Car Rental).
• Understanding of budget monitoring; order and receive services in accordance with financial regulations and procedures.
• Search & contact with travel agents to get the best rate ever for company service.
• Success in dealing with hotels for the best rate and work on finalize the PO.
• Coordinate, supervise and implement every aspects of travel arrangements for staff, executives and production team.
• Comparing invoices with genuine travel transactions to validate every charge.
• Checking all the claims and invoices which are issued by the employees and follow up with finance for the settlement.
• Giving monthly purchasing and travel coordination reports.
• Local recruitment.
• Handling screening CVs and Exit interview; as per requirement.
• Orientation of employees and maintain personnel files.
• Preparation of reports related to Staff history and progress and survey.
• Handling resignations, termination and dismissal for local and overseas employees.
• Coordinating between HR Admin Dept. and other departments of the company.
• Issuing Circulars, Decisions, translation of memos, legal documents.
• Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.
• Travel and event coordination and preparations.
• Duties include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing, faxing and other departments assistant, coordinator or associate.
