My Job Responsibility Include a Wide Range of ICT & IT Products, Solutions & Services to Sell. However, I am mainly responsible for the Sale of end to end Network, Security & System solutions. Consultation Services, Managed Services, Large number of Hardware based Network & Security solutions, All Hosting, All Connectivity, Cloud Service, DNR, Bulk SMS are also an essential Part of My Sales Portfolio.
The below mentioned are the structure of a Practice but am not Limited to it.
•Promoting & Selling ICT & IT Services to Large Enterprise in KSA. Achieve revenue & contract volume targets by selling product & services using outbound calling, consultative & influencing selling techniques.
•Qualify Opportunities using customer’s growth plans, budget, & project timelines. Identify high potential sales opportunities & priorities them.
•Work on the prices and delivery time as per the customer requirement and coordinate with the concerned departments to finalize the quotation. Being the focal point of contact coordinating the service delivery efforts within the client environment.
•Prepare Timely & accurate quotations/Orders to meet customer requests. Handle all incoming inquiries.
•Submit & present the finalized collaborative proposals with solutions, justifications & expected result to overcome objections & win the business with maximum revenue/margin.
•Analyzing the Performance of the key client’s existing platform & present findings influencing their strategy by highlighting key opportunities to increase performance/reduce cost through our consultancy & services.
•Creating Strategic, Effective & actionable Account Plans that define a clear growth strategy across & within the accounts that it covers through obtaining clear understanding of the client business, strategic goals & trading method.
•Plan, Organize, Lead & Control balanced sales growth. To Continue Account Penetration & Customer satisfaction on a long term multi-year focus.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing major issues pertaining to the planning, managing and administration of all systems, network and database installations - on an Oracle and SQL Server 2000 platform.
• Supervising testing, archiving, data migration and deletion, storage infrastructures, as well as backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity and information lifecycle management solutions.
•Administering and optimizing company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure, executing operations of the same in terms of installation, configuration, and maintenance. Delivering required support for existing infrastructure and application.
•Monitoring and analyzing network traffic for security breeches, as well as Remote Access services. In charge of user/group account management, authentications and managing network protocols.
•Designing, implementing and monitoring remote connectivity for all locations, utilizing CITRIX MetaFrame Presentation Server, IP/VNP & ADSL communication lines, terminal server, Windows Pro Dial-up.
•Allocating tasks and responsibilities to IT staff regarding the installation and updating of Anti-Virus software, regular scans, clearing detected threats as well as providing troubleshooting solutions and preventive maintenance to ensure optimum system performance.
•Evaluating user needs and system functionality, scheduling upgrades and backup of hardware and software systems. Spearheading network software development, and other main company software.
•Keeping abreast of latest technological advancements, monitoring software use licenses and providing secure access to remote system users.
•Providing recommendations on design enhancements to the infrastructure to improve reliability and performance of network, reduce cost and effect company's growth.

• Installed, tested and provided maintenance for hardware including PCs, printers, servers, modems and cabling as well as for software applications, system software and internet service providers.
• Administered existing databases. Assisted in the selection of new database systems including design, redesign, creation and integration as well as conducting feasibility studies and impact analysis. Configured and installed new versions of software, software applications, and other software related to DBMS administration.
