Diagnose the faults indicated by customers and put-up the recommendations.
Provide technical guidance and monitor daily work schedule for technicians.
Avoids unnecessary replacement of spare parts.
Ensures that proper maintenance is carried out on vehicles.
Inspects & test drives vehicle on which repairs are performed.
Returns those vehicles failing the quality control inspection to the technician who performed work and assist him to solve the problem.
Conducts OJT for workshop engineers group.
Responsibilities:
1- Review and analyze stock and operational plans for ensuring adequate stock availability of all products.
2- Make the spare parts stock order.
3- Advises on current and future in market sales against business targets/forecasts from past trends.
4- Create Purchase Orders on local / foreign vendors.
5- Report weekly, monthly, and annually, to the brand manager fast and slow moving items.
Advise customer about necessary service for routine maintenance.
Help identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test
Follow & implement Service Advisor Steps:
o Appointment
o Reception
o Writing-up repair needs.
o Monitoring work in progress
o Final check for delivery.
o Job explanation at delivery.
o Post service follow-up.
Handle customer complaints
Provide professional advice to customers on vehicle maintenance.
Orders and follows up parts orders with Parts Department
Responsibilities:

1- responsible for Health, Safety & Environment in the site.
2- Establish a HSE Management System that is compliant with OHSAS 18001:2007.
3- Conduct pre-operational risk assessments on new sites and design risk mitigation measures
3- Monitor HSE controllers in executing continuous audits
4- Follows up to ensure that corrective actions are implemented
4- Handling the working schedule by the work permit.
5- Dealing with Accident with the following: Accident Investigations, Accident Report and precaution action.
6- Maintaining, documentation and Inspect equipment used by Employees.
