 Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
 Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
 Organizing events and conferences
 Reminding the manager / executive of important tasks and deadlines.
 Typing, compiling and preparing reports and correspondence
 Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
 Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
 Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages etc.)
 Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
 Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

 PRO - Renew, update and maintain all employees and their dependent visas, labor cards, and labor contracts in a timely manner to ensure that a company’s records are up-to-date in the Labor and Immigration Departments.

Working with Senior Management:
 Involved in managing strategies for employees’ professional development.
 To maintain and provide a support service to the Director of Facilities daily schedule, including forward planning of his workload, diary management and co-ordinating and collating all relevant paperwork.
 To set appointments and meetings for the Director as requested.
