As front manager I was dealing with customer needs, making sure that guests are satisfied, managing customer complaints on the spot and general reception duties.
•As reservations manager I was managing the reservations from the different booking channels, managing the available rooms for sale on the different channels, adjusting the pricing policy and keeping a flow with the front desk
•As a marketing manager I was contacting new clients, producing marketing campaigns and circulating them to old and potential customers, seeking for new business deals, keeping an eye to our feedback.

As a big DMC agent, I was contacting suppliers, negotiating prices and conditions with them, offering solutions when problems arose, making sure that the program was followed according the plan, controlling the budget and trying to save money with alternative solutions, making sure that clients were satisfied.
•Ferry ticket issuing, bus and train ticket issuing, using Amadeus for air ticket issuing.
•I was calling all our business partners from abroad representing the company, making sure
that the ground operations were on place, had skype meetings to fasten the agreements and being the emergency number for problem solving.

•Work in the constructions department, in one of the most famous architects, in order to gain experience from all aspects of constructions and get a closer expertise on the actual way a construction is being built.

- Dealing with the constructors and solving problems on the spot
