As front manager I was dealing with customer needs, making sure that guests are satisfied, managing customer complaints on the spot and general reception duties.
•As reservations manager I was managing the reservations from the different booking channels, managing the available rooms for sale on the different channels, adjusting the pricing policy and keeping a flow with the front desk
•As a marketing manager I was contacting new clients, producing marketing campaigns and circulating them to old and potential customers, seeking for new business deals, keeping an eye to our feedback.
