• Set up of the annual sales/forecast business plan of the company
• Assign and coordinate all activities of the sales force
• Manage sales team of 6 to 8 salesmen in terms of setting individual objectives, scheduling, activities coordination, mentoring, evaluating performance, etc.
• Perform regular market visits to follow-up with existing clients and sell new potential customers
• Follow-up major accounts and dealers to ensure they are on the right track to achieve their targets
• Keep abreast of competition and collect necessary data from the market and sales team

• Analyse and study new products in order to advise business growth potential

• Approve offers, tenders prepared by salesmen prior to submission to customers
• Review and approve offers signed by customers prior to product preparation and delivery
• Prepare activities and events as per the Business Plan and control ATL(Above The Line) /BTL (Below The Line) budget
• Ensure department adherence to company credit policy, and follow-up on collection in coordination with the accounting department
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database for tracking and monitoring purposes
• Attend seminars and workshops to stay up-to-date with product lines, new marketing strategies, and sales techniques
• Review daily reports of salesmen and provide insight where applicable
• Provide the managing director with a monthly and weekly report including the department’s performance, outlining activities, achievements, pending issues & recommendations
• Prepare purchase forecast and follow-up on delivery (local and international) after approval from managing director
• Follow-up on the performance of the technical division
• Manage the sales and marketing process of the company’s 33 branch and its products such as insurance, bulk sms, advertising screens, etc…

• Identify each branch challenges and improve it by filling the gaps by Making new approaches, strategies and proper training for employees
• Improve and update procedures and processes related to the policy to ensure excellent delivery of insurance services
• Identify and analyse risks associated with any policy and suggest solutions to minimize risks
• Review insurance or broker invoices and investigate inconsistencies in the policy
• Responsible for achieving target budget results
• Work in coordination with SNA insurance on monthly numbers of insurance quoted and placed and also discuss other relevant insurance and risk related matters
• Create strategies to promote the company and get ahead of competition
• Act as a liaison between management and customers whilst ensuring needs satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Conduct internal marketing campaigns and accurately track activities and data
• Make effective marketing plans to meet the company targets
• Market new business opportunities by making submissions which are designed to achieve the needed targets
• Conduct continuous market studies to stay abreast with the market status and source new markets
• Propose new products and services that will push the company to the first line
• Study and understand all brand lines in terms of specifications, pricing, advantages, terms of use, etc.
• Manage the business and achieve sales target in the given territory

• Perform and monitor different promotional activities and marketing campaigns to increase the sales
