2011-2012): A) Receptionist\Customer Service: • Representing the company in a positive light.

And after six months, I have been promoted as Laboratory Admin and below were the responsibilities -
B) Laboratory Admin: • Explaining the usage of English programs installed or online on computer to different level of students.
• Monitoring student's performance and assisting them in their doubts and inquiries.
• Updating the file records of student's exam results.
• Ensuring the efficiency of technical systems.
• Managing change and identifying opportunities for performance efficiencies in laboratory servicing.
• Reliable, trustworthy and can do any work with honesty and responsibility.
