- Overseeing the organization’s overall performance using the four different Balanced Score Card perspectives - financial, business process, learning and growth and customer loyalty and reporting it on quarterly basis to top management.
- Managing the consolidation of divisional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to form a comprehensive corporate report identifying critical issues and highlighting performance development initiatives.
- Execution of performance processes, reporting and measuring findings.
- Working closely with business units to analyse core business processes applying performance methodologies to reengineer practices and procedures.
- Recommending modifications to existing work procedures to ensure better levels of performance and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Providing valuable advice and up to date findings to the division/department and leading or taking part in the projects delivery team.
- Developing, reviewing and reporting on the development and performance strategy ensuring the strategic objectives and goals are well understood by the team.
- Participating part in various workgroups and steering committees to introduce new practices and improve customer’s performance, providing training when necessary and various loyalty schemes.
