Managing sales / promotional events throughout KSA working within a strict budget. Also responsible for Group-wide customer care. Responsibility for all areas of the marketing mix: from strategy, to communications and media as well as planning, design and execution of marketing plans. Creating and implementing development strategies that significantly enhance business growth. Developing and executing business development plans / business reviews. Acquiring valuable business intelligence relating to the competition and our positioning in the market place. Accelerating business volumes by ensuring marketing plans identified with opportunities, risks and resources. Compiling marketing proposals, display packages and large volumes of company promotional literature. Organizing on-site events and open days, co-coordinating site visits, seminar programs, exhibition stands. Preparing and distributing tender documents, mail shots, artwork, floor and stand plans etc.

Supervising all communications between the Front Office and all the hotel departments to assure that all
needed information is well clarified.
