• Execute the procurement activities, ensuring that all work within a specific area of Purchasing activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.
• Assist in reviewing RFQ’s and bidders short listed by the buyers, in evaluating the prospective vendors, and advise the Projects Procurement Leader in order to commence the bidding process for goods and services.
• Review and advise the Project Procurement Leader on Purchase Orders (PO’s) for technical compliance with requirements and Commercial and Economic viability, in order to obtain the best value for money.
• Establish an effective expediting system to ensure timely delivery of goods and services by vendors.
• Assist the Project Procurement Leader in managing the vendor database including the development of new vendors and competent existing vendors in order to maintain the widest variety of sources of supply.
• Work closely with colleagues in other material functions in planning and control of materials processes to ensure a fully integrated material department service to users.
• Ensure that all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
• Coordination with estimation department for budgeting of materials
• Interacts with engineering division to establish and execute engineering specifications, and performance criteria, and in application of international standards in the sourcing of materials.
Prepare weekly project materials status report (MSR) required by SAPMT
Support to project planner for material update/ progress percentage/procured value.
Coordinate/Team up to PQCS for inspection, EPM updates and materials per SA standard prior production, delivery & installation.
Prepare & process of Material List, PO, TBE, OPR in EPM.
Coordinate with material controller & warehouse for update of in/out material list required in project.
Coordinate with vendor & procurement dept. for update/status progress of material deliveries.
Update & follow up EPM status with SAPMT review & approval.
Receiving requirement from ARAMCO thru SAP Ariba system
Reviewing the requirements (specifications & standards) prior to process offer/quotation.
Manage to expedite the requirements in local and international suppliers/vendors.
Reviewing of commercial offers to meet the desired Aramco standards.
Prepare commercial & technical bidding proposals.
Prepare weekly report - update, status of the requirements.
Responding issues/clarifications/concerns from Aramco queries
Team up with procurement department to prepare & process PO’s, inspections, & deliveries.
Receiving requirement from projects.

Visit project contractors for potential requirement of welding and Freon gas.
Meet major customers to support their needed requirements.
Implement sales and service programs.
Team up with welding technicians - free servicing of welding machine and product demos.
Team up with welding and Freon technicians - Product demos Freon gas service demos, welding procedures.
Prepare and process client requirements (Quotations & Bids)
Proposing alternatives for out of stock items through expediting.
Responsible for client concern - technical and commercial issues:
Coordinate to QC during inspection and maintain process of orders.
Regular visit to costumers and contractors to maintain and continue business and good relationship.
Visit potential areas to develop small business scale.
Team up with service engineer & support market programs and activities.
Support the dealer’s/vendor after sales programs and direct selling programs.
Respond technical/commercial concerns.
Implement market programs and activities base from given business plans.
Support the service programs by providing promotional activities, seminars and product demos
Team up with service engineer programs & product presentation to guide the end-user as advantage.
Visit remote areas with service engineer, applying service and technical programs and providing more information about the products.
Repair of under warranty and out of warranty B&S engines as part and to maintain the company’s after sales service program.
Report under warranty damage parts cause to improve the engine services.
Visit areas with B&S market to gather information’s concerning product performance and technical issues.
Support the dealers/vendors warranty claims & repair on the spot.
Visit areas and conduct activities such as technical seminars, engine maintenance, and basic trainings.
Update the end-users for technical info for new models and perform product demonstration.
Support the promotional & marketing programs for Sales
Conduct training programs for engine overhauling, preventive maintenance and product applications
