Responsibilities:
• Identifying potential operational improvements for different NESTLE factories defining operational targets.
• Support Nestle to meet business goals and consumer expectations establishing integrated multi-disciplined programs and frameworks to drive sustainable excellence in operations.
• Follow a CAP-Do model with several analysis of data (indicators, reports, audits, budgets), implementation of studies in production lines, negotiation of targets and calculation of potential savings.
• Analyze supply chain department of Nestle factories in defined by project manager country.
• Prepare an action plan to improve current situation, agree it with factory and market heads and partially implement action plan.
Achievements:
• Agreed and implemented by 60% cost saving initiative in supply chain of 3, 5 mln US$ per year in Nestle Russia (4 month project)
• Increased line productivity 2 times by optimizing mixing operation consequence and timing in Nestle Hungary (1 month project)
• Decreased product cost for 13, 5 mln US$ per year by optimizing material usage in Nestle USA (5 month project)
• Prepare production plans, yearly budgets for production and technical department.
• Prepare material requirement plans (MRP), medium and long term purchase orders.
• Calculate and work out ABC classification, planning parameters for raw and packaging materials.
• Analyze efficiency of material, energy and labor usage and prepare an action plan on increasing efficiency.
• Organize and lead Continuous Improvement teams for supply chain and production department problems solving.
• Lead the Industrial Performance Department to spearhead in Industrial engineering working on time study, workflow improvements, productivity improvements, drive implementation and monitor business KPIs
