• Responsible of full cycle of recruitment process (screening, shortlisting, and scheduling).
• Conduct interviews and review applications to match candidates with job requirements.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and following up on the interview process status.
• Use business channels and deal with agencies to track best candidates (internally and externally)
• Daily Administrative & HR duties including keeping all employees' personal details confidential.
• Familiarity with Onboarding and off boarding procedures.
• Conduct exit interviews and process paperwork for employment termination.
• Familiarity with Medical Insurance processes
Coordinate and liaise with HR Operations and the hiring manager to support the on
boarding process of new hires
Responsible for maintaining proper documentation of all the records related to
recruitment process such as hiring approval form, job description, employment
application forms etc as per guidelines. Assist in per-hiring and post hiring activities.
Maintaining all employee files to ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements.
Assist in Medical insurance/other insurance management and ensure timely enrollment
of employees under the scheme.
Support as and when required day-to-day administrative HR operations tasks.
