Responsibilities as
✓ Carry out the work at site as per approved shop drawing and as per specifications to the quality required for approval by the Main Contractor/Consultant.
✓ Prepare on the 20th of every month material requirement and raise SMR's for the next one month.
✓ Follow-up with suppliers for receipt of materials at stores/site as per LPO's issued.
✓ Allocate labor for various activities in Consultation with the foreman as per requirements at site on a daily basis.
✓ Monitor progress of work as per program and inform in writing through site memo to the Main Contractor for any delay in civil works, which is affecting MEP progress.
✓ Inform Main Contractor of any variation work in any scope of original MEP contract through confirmation of verbal instructions. Any variation work should be done only after written approval as a variation instruction from the Main Contractor/Consultant and after consulting your Project coordinator.
✓ Check labor output along with Forman and monitor to Planning Manager in HO every week on Thursday without fail.
✓ Prepare monthly measurement of work at site through measurement annexure. Get it approval and send it to project planning manager in HO for monthly billing before 23rd of every month.
✓ Attending all internal site coordination meeting and external meetings with Main Contractors/Consultant/Client.
✓ Take project progress photographs at twice a month for all activities being carried out at site and send it to Project Planning Manager.
✓ Responsible for getting approvals from Main Contractor for overtime work beyond normal working hours and holiday work permit.
