• Evaluates, monitors and ensures all corrective & preventive actions for any CCP breach
within the unit and F& B outlets linked to the main unit.
• Monitors, supervises and verify the daily implementation of SOP’s& CCP’s.
• Currently involved in the scheduling and conducting of basic food safety/ hygiene
induction and yearly refresher training for over 450 staffs involved with catering.
• Conducts on the job training for staffs involved in production.
• Co-ordinates Sharjah Municipality GHP staff and Manager training and examination with
3rd
party training institute.
• Conducts product retention, product recall, traceability, foreign object & suspected food
poising investigation.
• Conducts daily audits within the unit and categorizing it into minor and major
observations.
• Conducts audit inspections as required for the F & B outlets owned by the company.
• Conducts trails for new products & packaging materials prior to introduction.
• Conducts calibration of scales and thermometers as per in-house calibration schedule.

environment samples.
• Handles and reviews cabin crew feedback from online portal to monitor customer and
crew complaints and establish trends for quick and practical resolution.
• Created nutritional fact sheets for 50+ dishes for a special project called 500K cal.
