* Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts) into internal databases
* Registering all the leaves and returns of the company’s employees
* Collect daily, weekly or monthly salaries based on the attendance system with fingerprint or
timesheets
* Preparing a complete file monthly with the balances of the dues for the company's employees and
their compliance with the financial department
* Calculate leave allowances and finial settlements according by Kuwaiti labor law and reviewing
them with the financial department.
* Transferring bank salaries, vacations and finial settlements to the bank accounts of the company's
employees as per Ministry of social affairs and labor rules.
* Preparing monthly cash statements and receipts.
* Allocation of employee costs and deductions to their respective Department/ Project/ Unit.

* Follow up with banks to issue new bank accounts for the company's Labors.
* Continuous updating with banks on the list of bank accounts of employees.
* Statistics Reports, official letters (Salary Certificate, Experience Certificate), Opening Bank
Accounts.
