The AlUla Projects is a long-term plan to explore and preserve a “living museum” of cultural heritage. The country plans to transform this awe-inspiring desert landscape into a tourist destination for intrepid travelers eager to see preserved tombs, monuments, and sandstone structures. The Project, under the direction of the Royal Commission for Al Ula, includes the Nabataean city of Hegra, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage Site List in 2008, making it the country’s first. In addition to this precious heritage asset, the AlUla Project also includes sites from the ancient North Arabian Dadanite and Lihyanite
Kingdoms, and AlUla Old Town, an important pilgrim’s rest-site dating to 1100 CE.
During my professional career experience of 25 years in construction management I was engaged with international team
members in some of giga iconic master developments re-forming existing cities and communities into urban societies around
the globe transforms into “smart cities” in-terms of sustainability and durability in which requires an exceptional strategic
leadership of planning, technical coordination, problem solving, and engineering involvement’s to propose novel solutions to
key project master developers, stakeholders, clients and government bodies.
It’s variously a strategic profession, an endeavor
involving political well and public participation, involving goal setting, data collection and analysis, forecasting, design,
strategic thinking, and public consultation to meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future
generations to meet their own needs Hence, my consistent goals to participate in Al Ula Programme/Projects is to enhance
and share my previous experiences focusing on remaining at the forefront of rapidly evolving technology allows me to became
an expert wider to drive enterprise-wide innovation and maintain a competitive advantage”

Accomplish multiple construction projects within time, schedule, and budget while meeting client needs, business objectives, and design guidelines. Identify project scope and issues, develop commissioning/testing plan, and review method
statements. Administer purchase orders and contracts, develop cost estimates and documents, resolve financial claims and variations as well as analyse bids and proposals. Monitor project performance, execute post-tender negotiations, organise progress meetings, and ensure project quality. Set technical terms of tenders, propose project work plan, and select successful sub-contractors. Manage disaster
response, lead safety planning initiatives.

- Ensures assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines.
- Manages program of projects and project managers within a region to ensure successful completion and coordination of all efforts.
- Prepares detailed construction cost estimates and documentation (e.g. PFR, PAR) for project funding authorization. Is responsible for interfacing with appropriate levels of management to obtain funding approval signatures. Explanation of project scope and the associated costs as required is part of this process.
- Monitors progress, provides financial control and ensures quality of project.
- Responsible of the project team including architects, engineers, workplace consultants, construction managers and administrative support.
- Develop schedules and budgets for assigned projects.
- Identify and evaluates alternative solutions to best meet project goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage overall assigned projects from tendering through completion, meeting the company's contractual obligations and balancing the competing demands for quality, scope, time, Budget, resources and risk.
o Identify and Develop project scope.
o Pre-Tender and Post Tender activities
o Develop the Project Management Plan including subsidiary plans and Project baselines.
o Prepare/Review/Approve Method Statements, Testing Plan, Commissioning Plan… etc.
o Provide technical and commercial support in finalizing sub-contracting processes and contract administration.
o Direct and manage Project Execution.
o Anchor on-site construction activities to complete the project within allotted time & budget and effective resource utilization to maximize the output, ensuring that the highest safety and quality standards are maintained.
o Periodically review & monitor project performance, measure variances from the Project Management Plan/Baselines and identify deficiency and recovery plan.
o Direct, Manage, monitor and lead project personnel and resources.
o Ensure implementation of the organization procedures and Policies.
o Ensure timely submission/clarifications of all Engineering Deliverables to Owner Consultant/Client for obtaining approval.
o Involve in Procurement including preparation of RFQ/RFP, select/pre-qualify contractor/vendor, technically evaluation of bids/Proposal, recommend for approval & issuance of Purchase Order/Contract.
o Apply Value Engineering by introducing new methods of construction, equipment, and machinery to improve the construction processes.
o Conduct progress/Coordination meetings with Owner/Consultant/Client, Sub-contractors and site team during the whole Project life-cycle, to effectively communicate and clarify project requirements.
o Develop Pre-Contract Cost Estimates/BOQ & Pre-qualification of Contractor.
o Technical Evaluation of Tender/Proposal and participate in Techno Commercial Post Tender negotiation.
o Evaluation & Resolution of Technical / Financial claims/variations.
o Formally close the Project and hand over the facility to the End User after completing all testing/pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
o Complete and settle contracts/sub-contracts and close them formally.
