● Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the
strategic goals of the company.
● Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit
and hire a superior workforce.
● Defines all Human Resources training programs. Provides necessary education and materials to
managers and employees including workshops, manuals, and standardized reports.
● Leads the implementation of the performance management system, and employee development
programs.
● Establishes an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs.
● Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company with regard

● Prepare, manage, and execute annual human resources and administration budget.

grievance issues within the company.

● Initiate & Manage Performance Management System, to achieve the maximum efficiency of human
capital.
● Manage company job description project and department`s restructure.
● Investigate staff and managers` requests and complains about promotions and job levels and take
necessary actions if needed.
● Advise employees in career path and career development plans.
● Assist in recruitment process through screening, filtering, testing, interviewing and selecting
candidates.
● Carry out job analysis, job evaluation and design job descriptions.
● Handle the company personnel files, monitor the monthly payroll.
● Handle all administrative & secretarial work of Chairman Office

team to Monitor country OKRs and Business plan.

address weak areas in company profile, recommends for Board of Directors professional approaches
to develop, and monitor progress.
● An Executive Committee member in Excel Travel, responsible for review Business Administration in
all company departments, guide managers in collecting data, data analysis and decision making
