Collect and process student complaints
Issue verification letters and other formal documents requested by students
Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to ensure that information is circulated, understood and adhered to.
Provide academic advice and regulatory guidance to students.
Liaise with all Registry and Admission related matters ‘when assigned’ with the KRG Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

Assist students, faculty and staff on all matters pertaining to registration process
Assist in the development and follow up of an effective and efficient quality assurance and enhancement framework, including participation in the creation, review and updating of the UKH Academic Handbook.
Arrange and report on University Board meetings for which ARO is an attendee except the Examination Board and if authorised by the chair of the board.
Follow up the process of validating new programmes.
Assist the Registrar in the monitoring of the process of external examination of Programmes.
Organise professional accreditation activities and external assessment activities.
Coordinate Registry related Annual and Periodic Programme Reviews and Reports.
Counsel and advise students and applicants on such matters as admissions, financial payment, academic requirements, career development, and other University activities.
Manage the application process for direct applicants i.e. developing and implementing systems for receiving application forms, inputting the details of direct applications onto the University admissions systems and generating offer letters for applicant
Contact KRG schools in terms of advertising for the University courses
Conduct information sessions, interviews, University Tours, orientation events.
Liaise with MM & PR Department various written material including flyers, rollups, and brochures to provide program information, guidance on resume preparation
Establish and maintain liaison with social agencies and schools to expand and promote the University.
Develop contacts in new areas to meet students and alumni needs
Ensure Finance Department is informed of those students who have been accepted at University by making sure the students paid semester fees
Assist and participate with other staff members having special project responsibilities with the coordination of activities designed to accomplish established objectives
Assist registration process for students in the fall, spring and summer semesters
Develop written materials, policies and procedures in coordination with Academic Registrar
Train and supervise work of lower level employees, students and volunteers as assigned.
Manage and prepare of External Examiner process by preparing of their contracts, Exam Board Schedule, and booking of flights.
Process the External Examiners Reports to the Department
for implementation
Supervise the process of Updating UKH official website admission session with new and regulation and checking the information accuracy
