users on the main exchange server.
- Upgraded the server room workstations from Dell Power Edge 1500SC to HP ProLiant DL 380 G5;HP Modular Smart Array 1000 has been used as the main controller.
- Hands-on RAID 5 technology.
- Implemented a back up procedure for using HP StorageWorks Ultrium;800 GB DLT tape is used for daily back up.
- FCS project implementation. Scope includes hardware and software installation, training for the staff and assigning tasks and responsibilities for each department.
- Opera Property Management System migration. Property migrated from Fidelio to Opera. Set up includes installation of interfaces on servers, testing postings from outlets and rooms and installation of 190 workstations.

- 80 Workstations Installation and Configuration.
- High Speed Internet Access system monitoring, assessing guests’ needs and preparing action plans for submittal to our support company (DataValet).
- Involved in the installation of Packeteer box for an improved bandwidth
management.
- Upgraded our CCTV system (29 Cameras) to Digital Video Recording
system with a storage of 500 GB storage and motion detection system
