Responsible for the day to day support of the network communications & infrastructure architecture across all company locations. Also working with 3rd party vendors to ensure quality delivery and support of the network infrastructure

• Administrate the network having high-availability production servers in clustered environment and 8 remote locations ensuring uptime and load balancing.
• Investigate user and network problems, identify their source, determine and implement possible solutions
• Manages network operations to include: troubleshooting connectivity problems; installing & maintaining routers, firewalls and switches; adding/terminating users; assigning rights and access; resetting passwords; establishing e-mail addresses; configuring outlook
