Report to GM. Lead and develop organization Sales performance, Execute the Annual Sales budget, Provide the leadership and guidance to the sales organization in order to meet the annual operating plan to the company. Assess the sales performance and provide the needed plansto close any gaps and ensure delivery of the plans by year end. Monitor and follow up the implementation of sales plans to ensure that agreed sales Budget and objectives are met and initiate corrective action to ensure the healthy sales. Remove the barriers and conflicts to allow fast growth for company. Implement and manage an effective performance management system that will recognize strong performers and drive performance improvement for low performers with the right level of reward and recognition. Set Develop strong relationships with the customers in the market in order to support business growth and gain commercial advantage. Look for any opportunity to develop business within new channels or existing clients. Build brand awareness and loyalty. Provide training programs to sales team (practical & theory). Measure individual performances of the team according to clear defined KPIs. Recommend to HR for hiring and firing to have the best competencies that have ability to implement and achieve the company objectives.
