• Prepare Asset register, snag list, condition survey report, site access plans, method statement & risk assessment for each activity.
• Manages and evaluates service provider’s operation performance.
• Plan, organize implements and controls work procedures, schedule and maintenance programs to be followed by various FM team and ensures each plan is delivered as targeted and established standards are met.
• Prepares and monitors periodic preventive maintenance and operation plans for building assets.
• Manages and interface with property managers, infrastructure managers and service provider’s representatives for facility operation and maintenance.
• Manages all aspects of FM operations on site.
• Review the quality of the installation of all MEP and Civil items of a new build development.
• Preparation of Weekly/monthly progress reports and Incident report.
• Review of As built drawings, O&M manuals, spare parts list and submit report to the client for under construction projects.
• Review of work method statements, specification for all operations and maintenance, operational policies and procedures, defects liability management plan and testing and commissioning procedures.
• Ensure building meets health & safety requirements.

Responsible for In house Inspections, coordination with client, contractor, construction and engineering.
• Planning, scheduling and executing QA/QC activities related to Electrical, Tracking, updating, monitoring the RFITs, NCRs, SDRs & Snag lists.
• Overall responsible for QA/QC activities of Electrical & ELV systems.
• Preparing Request for Inspection & Testing (RFIT) & Co-ordinate with the construction team regarding the time and date of the inspection.
• Conducting Field inspection with client and owner representative as per ITP.
• Inspection of Cable Trays, Cable Ladder, Trunking, Raceways, Cables, Lighting Fixtures, Panels, Poke-through & etc.
• Inspection of Special Systems like BMS, FAS, PAS, TDS& ACS, according to the ITP’s with client.
• Monitoring and executing the site works according to approved shop drawings.
• Maintaining comprehensive inspection and test records for any future reference and documentation. Maintaining and setting up documentation and control procedures
• Assist the QA/QC Manager in overall quality control of the site, provide advises & suggestion to improve quality control at construction site & assist project manager to achieve the target with respect to quality issues & ISO 9001:2000.
• Monitoring and Supervise all Electrical construction on different activities to ensure that the installation is in correct location and positioning orientation is in approved of specification
• Monitor commissioning progress and resolve any problems that may arise.
• Attend and hold meetings to highlight any constraints

Responsible for generating technical submittals, shop drawings & value engineering proposals.
• Plan the day to day activities and Manpower required as per the plan Schedule of the activities.
• Responsible from equipment installation and continue energizing of electrical equipment to pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Responsible for In-house Inspections, coordination with client, contractor, construction and engineering.
• Monitor Testing and commissioning of electrical equipment.
• Rising RFI, preparation of NCR & SDR.
• Preparation of Load schedule, load calculations, cable & containment sizing calculations.
• Material procurement, planning & coordination of all electrical activities in accordance to Civil/MEP works.
• Monitoring and assigning works to site supervisors, undertake team briefings and attend coordination meetings.
• Prepare estimates, BOQ &Costing of Electrical systems.
• Responsible for technical requirement during tendering stage, prepare quotation & carry out technical inquiries to all prospects.
• Preparation of quotation comparison sheets.
• Preparation of the procurement schedule as per the planning.
• Discuss the Drawing related issues and clarify with the Architects and Consultants.
• Monitoring and Supervise all Electrical construction on different activities to ensure that the installation is in correct location and positioning orientation is in approved of specification

• Quality and Safety Supervision of whole Site.

Supervise and Monitor Installation of Cables, Transformers, Generators, RMU (Ring Main Unit), Panel board (medium voltage and high voltage), Switch gears (air & vacuum type breaker), All electrical equipment and Grounding system (plate & pipe) etc.

Different electrical equipment used in the substation are transformers, SF6 CBs, lightning arrestors, wave traps, isolators, bus couplers, CT, PT and different types of relays for protection of 110KV feeders, transformers and 11KV feeders.
• Supervise and co-ordinates the activities of assigned personnel in all aspects of electrical engineering work including operation, maintenance, shutdown work, and overhaul and breakdown repair of 110KV, 33KV, 11KV, 415V distribution network systems.
• Monitoring and document preparing of Testing & Commissioning of 11KV circuit breaker, bus bars, instrument transformers (current/voltage) and disconnect switches etc.
• Controlling the feeding arrangements in outgoing feeders.
• Issuing "Permit to work" Certificate, "Isolation Certificate" & "No Back Circuit" Certificate to the Distribution Authorities.
• Maintaining Log Sheet of day to day operation.
• Inspection of control and relay panel, preparation of test report.
• Co-ordinate and supervise the activities of assigned trouble shooting, maintenance work and shutdowns.
• Testing of protective relays for various needs. Experience with relays.
