• Detailed supervision and check the Contractor’s work instructed by Resident Engineer and Assistant RE.
• Preparation of daily report to the Resident Engineer on the Contractor’s activities. Report shall be presented to the RE at the end of each working day.
• Liaise with the Client directly in the relation of progress of works.

• Reporting all problems in connection with the civil works to the Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer.

• Inspect utilities diversion, pipe installation, micro-tunnelling and commissioning.
• Monitor progress throughout the project cycle, ensuring cost and time constraints are met and acting to ensure problem resolution, as necessary.
• Study specifications to plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times
• Co-ordinate with all subcontractors, and consultants to carry out the related activities.
• Confer with and direct supervisory personnel engaged in planning and executing work procedures interpreting specification and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
• Ensures that all previous are approved and signed-off by the supervision consultants before proceeding further.
• Attend regular meetings with Project Managers and Construction Managers for progress review.
