Manage the offer process including gathering required documentation. Act as a primary point of contact with candidate and hiring manager throughout the mobilization/on-boarding process. all the documentation filed. Maintain strict confidentiality with respect to applicants, hiring and salary negotiations and records. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Recruitment Manager.
