Coordinate the recruitment, on-boarding and employment processes. Monitor the reference checking process. Coordinate candidate interviews and notify candidates of interview outcomes/next steps & provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates, document reasons for non-selection. Manage the offer process including gathering required documentation. Act as a primary point of contact with candidate and hiring manager throughout the mobilization/on-boarding process. Provide candidate status updates to hiring managers. Ensure information is updated in the applicant tracking system throughout the total process from recruitment to arrival. Initiate, monitor and ensure all pre-employment mobilization/on-boarding processes are completed, including background investigation, medical checks and visa processing. Ensure personnel file has
all the documentation filed. Maintain strict confidentiality with respect to applicants, hiring and salary negotiations and records. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Recruitment Manager.
Working on QCHEM shutdown project, recruiting highly skilled & semi-skilled technicians
for the project. Coordinating their visas, certificates, accommodation and all the other
recruitment requirements. Sourcing CVs from job portals and conduct interviews for open
positions. Updating different trackers and provide details whenever necessary.
Coordinating with all the recruitment agencies overseas for the required recruitments.
Creating Test QIDs, CRNs, Customer and Account and creating orders for the implemented
products in the product catalogue. Reporting bugs and defects to the assigned team/Group leaders
instantly and daily basis. Update the test link (Test Case Management Tool) and, JIRA (Defect
Management Tool) instantly for the assigned test cases and reported bugs respectively. Bill
generation and comparison to the bills generated from the existing systems.
Receive gate pass requests for employees from different Government client sites & prepare all the documents required and send them to the clients. Keep track of the applications sent and received using Excel sheets. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system and retrieve documents from that. Handle requests for information and data. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails. Maintain office supply inventories.
Register new patients and update exciting patients’ demographics. Schedule appointments in a professional and timely manner. Respond to patients’, prospective patients’ and visitors’ inquiries in a courteous manner. Update any databases and company in house systems for records and reply to emails from different sources. Order new products for the office as requested by the senior management.
Work on a process involving end-to-end banking operations for National Australian Bank (Australia). Specialized in Loan and Funding operations/mortgage operations. Involve with Customer Operations for products, personal and investment Loans. Preparation of weekly MIS reports and data analysis. Weekly email volume management and audit reporting. Train new employees & cross-train and provide backup for other customer service departments when needed. Work under strict deadlines and respond to service requests and emergency call-outs.
