Booking, and validating invoices through ORACLE; Cross-checking the details on the Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Delivery Reports with managers and vendors.
Raising Debit Memos and Invoices for customers through ORACLE and IRS system; Booking and processing for payment; Telephone and Fuel Bills on a monthly basis
Generating Administration Expense reports on a monthly basis such as: business travel, training expenses, professional fees and printing & stationery (to mention a few)
Validating and depositing cheques into vendor and company accounts; collecting bank statements, and cheque deposit receipts
Supervising physical verification of stock and miscellaneous items in our inventory twice a month; investigating findings & differences and writing explanatory reports

Petty Cash In-charge; writing reports and getting the fund reimbursed on a monthly basis and Undergoing hands-on trainings suggested for my growth by the site Managers.
Organizing events; such as feasts, parties, business meetings with clients(new/old), and handling the provision of accommodation for international guests when needed
Liaising and supporting the Sr. Project Manager, Construction Manager and Sr. Planning & Engineering Manager on certification of payments, reports, contracts and anything else

Responsible for reminding customers on their upcoming and/or missed payments and responding to their inquiries according to the rules and regulations of the bank.
