• Preparing conferences, workshops and events by booking halls, order food and making invitations.
• Translate English presentations and reports to Arabic and vice versa.
• Work in customer service department as a service ambassador and customer service. Assistant typed documents, writes and print daily, weekly and monthly Report, answered the phone, sending emails and contact with customer.
• I prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
• Maintain schedules and calendars. Handle incoming mail and other material.
• Liaison with internal and external contacts.
• Scan and Archiving the document. And sending fax.
• Using finical program (RAK BANK system).
• Promotion for the bank product.
• Responsibility to keep the important items with high risk and delivery to the customer
