Manage and coordinate all the activities and responsibilities of the student affairs department in female section.
Acting as admin manger in female section.
coordinate all the rules between the female section and male section admin through periodical management meetings.
1. Coordinates activities of salesmen engaged in training employees
2. Confer with managers, instructors, technical support or customer’s representative to determine training needs.
3. Schedules classes, based on availability of classrooms, equipment, and instructors. Evaluates training packages, including outline, text, and handouts written by instructors. Assigns instructors to in-service or out-service training classes to learn new skills as needed.
4. Writes stocking report listing training materials needed,
5. Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information useful to training staff and to inform management of training programs and goals.
6. Monitor instructors during lectures and laboratory demonstrations to evaluate performance.
7. May also perform other duties as annual projects and programs coordinating
8. Promote and advance a learning culture within the organization
9. Oversee the online training program that ensures an individualized learning program that challenges and nurtures each student
10. Develop and refine the store’s training best practices
11. Responsible new employee orientation and their training plan
12. Familiarize associates with established training policies, procedures rules and regulations
13. Plans, schedules and advertises local and offsite workshops.
14. Designs self-study materials, videos and modules that participants may use individually or regionally and may use during in-service education sessions. With enhanced electronic network, this will strengthen the distance-education capabilities of the training program.
15. Serves as a resource for other training programs, uses collaborative planning with other agencies
1. Assist CCO in the developing, communication and modeling of corporate strategic plan
2. Work with CCO to Model a clear and positive corporate image, in line with the corporation beliefs and principles
3. Assist CCO in managing interaction with other community and similar companies
4. Assist CCO on development and enhancement of corporate policies
5. Ensure that the policy and procedures is in place and operating effectively

8. Responsible for any computerized skills
