* Quality and Manufacturing experience - including start up period at PepsiCo beverages manufacturing plant in ( Riyadh, KSA ) which produces carbonated & non-carbonated beverages,
A carbonated product such as PEPSI, MIRINDA, 7UP..., Sparkling juices (FRUTZ) and Malt a non-alcoholic drinks (BARIO). As well as non carbonated beverages such as Natural Juices (TROPICANA), Sport drinks (GATORADE), Energy drinks (AMP), Ice tea (LIPTON), Natural bottled water (AQUFINA)
And each one from all the above brands has its own different types of flavors.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS :
* Manage Quality Aspects & Systems implementation throughout plant operations (Raw & packaging material receiving / Water treatment / Processing and Batching / Filling and Packing ) to ensure that product is consistently manufactured and delivered to consumers according to standards this is by performing all the required testing (Physic-chemical and Microbiology) with right sampling and methods at the right time according SOPs, And this includes the use of control charting, systematic monitoring and documentation of critical control point variability.
* Assure the released products specifications consistence compliance with local governmental regulation, international standers and the company standers
* Creation and modification of Stander Operation Procedures (SOPs) based on the requirements of the governmental regulations, International standers and the company standers.
* Assure the execution & documentation of proper & timely calibration routines for all lab equipment.
* Ensure that the laboratory is adequately equipped to perform the required tests to the appropriate degree of accuracy and precision, with proper follow up of consumable materials to detect any shortage on a suitable time before leading to any emergency.
* Sustaining the Green rate of z-score results of laboratory proficiency scheme test .
* Conducting internal Quality and Food safety audits and Laboratory audit
* Apply the formal positive release of raw materials and packaging for use in production and the release of product for distribution to the trade.
* Monitor product defect rate & review data and improvement activities with top management weekly.
* Department Budget controlling with smart spending to meets quality financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
* Developing and implementing new measurement systems using valid alternative methods, with tracking records, sampling plans which lead to reduce the testing cost and make saving profit.
* Processing and Operation waste controlling and reduction.
* Managing and ensure that all GMPs & Hygiene practices are followed at all time in work area, including health & safety (OH&S) practices with reviewing the risk assessment frequently in work area.
* Managing the Implementation of Food safety System according the standards of (HACCP, ISO 22000:2005 &AIB ) in the plant.
