Full responsibility for the commercial management of the Store’s operations, Sales, planning, business development, Marketing, procurement, including P& L. Work directly with the Regional Manager.
Vendor management and stock planning
Define objectives and ensure communication to employees to follow the SOP.
Responsible for budgets, forecasts and suggestions for improving the efficiency, reducing costs without determent to quality standards.
Direct, plan and supervising a team of about 60staff.
