- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in the light of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices to support the business strategy and organizational goals.
- Implement and review job design, job analysis, job descriptions and job evaluation.
- Supervise recruitment procedures, including writing and placing job ads.
- Manage new employee onboarding program.
- Develop, manage, and implement the performance management system.
- Design and develop training programs for white and blue collar employees.
- Set objectives for my team (14 members) in coordination with them and provide coaching for their various functions and set action plans necessary to achieve our objectives.
- Formulate & update organizational charts.
- Consult with managers and leaders to identify appropriate learning and OD programs to support business goals.
- Support management by providing professional counsel, and support decisions through analyzing information and preparing the required reports.
- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Consult with legal counsel as appropriate on personnel matters.
- Ensure that all other pay systems are implemented on time and bonuses/annual increases are communicated to staff and payroll
- Coordination and monitoring of all search, recruitment and hiring process, and develop recruitment process.
- Handle communication with all governmental authorities (social insurance offices, labor office, medical insurance authority and ministry of manpower) and ensure compliance to governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
- conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures which are connected with the Egyptian Labor Law.
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks, or performance evaluation forms.
- Reviewing and creating Job Analysis (Job Descriptions and Job Specifications).
- Analyzing training needs, Prepare training plans & schedule internal training.
- Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.
- Develop, administer and evaluate applicant tests.
- Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.

- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.

- Attend Employment Fairs.
- Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Preparing and ensuring monthly payroll.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
- Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees.
- Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues, and benefit plans.
- Record and update employees' information.
- Responsible for personnel files and documents according to labor law and company standards.
- Preparing daily, monthly and annual reports ( absent - delay - penalty…etc) ∙ Responsible for the annual performance review process of personnel.
