DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Formulate a study for market needs and demands and collect and analyze the biggest amount of information on the targeted customer(s) and competitor(s).

. Reach and cover the largest number of customers with focus on those with high potential and decision-making qualities.

. Create professional relationship with the customers with solid foundations of trust, enrich with continues follow ups to eliminate any form of disconnects that the customers could develop.

. Provide the best before, during and after sales services, especially the latter which adds a more positive reputation to the provider company and its services. in its turn, this value-adding after sale service helps in nourishing and evolving the relationship with the customers into long-term relation and facilitate the reach for new customers.

. Request for and collect continuous feedback from the customers and take in consideration all the feedback content without ignoring any of it, no matter how big or small.

. Resolve and handle customers complaints promptly and efficiently, without delays.

. Stay up to date with the market, customers and competitors demands, needs, and development.

. Act on a well-structured and fully studied work plan and continue to develop and tweak the plan to cater for the continuous changes.

. Deliver a solid understanding for the customers that our products cater for their needs and expectation.

. Train and develop the sales and marketing team to stay tuned with the continuous market changes and evolvement.

Responsible for several number of key international brands with local distribution rights held by the company.

Implement a local and international sales & distribution plan for all related products.

Implement effective sales & marketing strategies related to all product ranges.

Manage a team of sales, Marketing & account managers.
