4. Prepared KPI’s for accurately monitoring the Key items/trades.
5. Prepared Updated Programme weekly
6. Prepared Internal and External Monthly Report
7. Prepared Internal and External Weekly Reports
8. Identifying the Delay Events from Client, Consultant and Subcontractors and drafting delay claim notices
9. Drafting all correspondence of related to delays such as Delay Claim Notices, interims and Final Claim Notice.

The project is complete construction and commissioning of the Lagoon, Bridges, pools and process related buildings (R.O plant, Circulation Chamber, Aeration Chamber) with all related pipelines from the R.O plant, Aeration Chamber and Circulation Chamber to the lagoon.
The Lagoon is 1.1km long concrete casting with two areas namely Wetland area and the retaining wall area. The project consists of 6 bridges, Bridge 1 & 2 crossing the lagoon, and 2 pools. The water in the lagoon is processed/aerated and circulated by the system that is installed in the 3 buildings and the pumping stations that are part of the project namely - RO plant, Aeration chamber, Circulation chamber and pumping stations. The project has a conveyance system of pipeline and pipeline between the chambers and running into the plants along the lagoon edge, which takes in the water from the lagoon from the skimmers and draw off pits.

PROJECT : CONSTRUCTION OF IN-PARK INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE
