DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*Providing a friendly and helpful service to customers.
To make the customer feel comfortable by initiating a conversation that allows him/her to express the reasons for his/her visit to the store.
*Giving technical advice to costumer regarding for new models of mobile phones.
*Answering customer questions regarding to mobile phones.
*To use this contact to help the customer identify the product that he/she is seeking by taking the time to discover his/her basic needs or desires.
*To thank the customer for his/her visit in a natural and sincere manner.
*Implementing proper display planogram.
*Sell overstock/distressed merchandise. *Highlights new promo items & new models.
*Demonstrating good product knowledge to customers.
*Daily stock replenishment.
*Resolving dispute and customer complaint. *Responsible for receiving stock from suppliers.
*Supporting the store team and manager to increase revenue streams and profit targets;
*Responsible for maintaining the proper placement of the merchandise in the stock room(considered items are all fragile)
*Communicate with sales supervisor/manager regarding sales issue and objectives.
*Implementing standard operating procedure.
*Ensuring all areas of the store remains tidy at all time. *Making sales invoices to the customer.
*Responsible for weekly and quarterly inventory.
*selling products to the potential customer such as public/private offices, industrial companies, hospitals, household and business sector.
