Deal with Recruitment activities:
• Assessment of CV’s, Screening of CV’s, Involve in Conducting Interviews, Selections, Appointments, Orientation etc.
Involved in senior level hiring and assist the management in reference checking
Screens and short-lists profiles at the initial level against the specifications/requirements.

Places advertisements in various job portals, LinkedIn and sourcing potential candidates through direct phones sourcing, networking and employee referrals.
Dealing with HR part (allocation of staff, Staff costing, staff utilization etc.) of Proposals for forth coming projects.
Provide information to insurance company for registration of new employees & claims as well.

Contract renewals,

Saleem Textile (a Group of Companies i.e. Pak Deutsch International Compay, Mustafa Home Textile, Saleem Dying, Saleem Loom Khata, Saleem Knitting, etc. Saleem Textile deals in Towels, Bath Robes, Bed Sheets, Gloves, and so many other products etc.) as an “Assistant Human Resources Officer” from September-2003 to 09th July 2005.
