Duties:
-Responsible of Sales, marketing, and technical support for the customer service department including all types of filtration system.
-Proposal & estimation preparation (Design, equipment selection, pricing, cost estimation).
-Responsibility for good communication & Negotiator skills with the client.
-Reviewing the contracts and signing them, Preparation of material breakdown list, equipment selection and all requirements to launch the work. Preparation of material submittal to meet the client requirements and project specification for submission for client and consultant approval. The preparation of shop drawing, process flow diagram, fabrication drawing, civil layout and all other related drawing for the project.
-Handling and managing all project related works like dedicate the man force team at site, held a site coordination meetings required for the project with the all parties like client and consultant, site erection and execution and do the required coordination and meetings for the sites till the testing, commissioning and handing over for the project.
-Handling and managing all internal work related to project like ordering material, internal coordination with different departments (procurement, shipping, design department) in order to meet the site requirements and targeted dates.
-Project planning with attention of the three constrains Time (due date), performance and quality (required performance) and Cost (budget limit) to achieve the target successfully.
-Office work preparing and monthly reporting of project status; making letters, material requisitions, following up procurement activities and make sure that the material is delivered to site safely on time.
-Responsibility for due payment collection and make sure to be related with the work activities at site.
Main Duties:
-Sales for the Low Voltage Section
-Project management and handling
-Pre commissioning & testing the equipments (fire fighting, fire alarm conventional and addressable system, CCTV, security systems, gate barrier, fire retardant paint and safety equipments).
- handing over to the main contractors & consultant
-required coordination for the sites
-prepare the daily report and breakdown list
-prepare the requirements list for the sites
Main projects:
-Dubai Marina complex ( 7 towers)
-Ali Musa tower
-Pavillion tower
-Khalidia electrical sub station
Main Duties:
-Calibration engineer (Temperature, Humidity, Particle counter and tacho meter)
-Facility management operation & preventive maintenance for the equipments ( BMS system, chillers, boilers, filtration system)
-Preparation of daily report and LOG sheet for all facilities
-Managing the technicians duties during the work
-Production machine operation and maintenance
-Prepare the set up for the new injection production factory as a new factory
