•Preparing proposal drawings for PEB structures
•Preparing Estimations for quotations of PEB structures

•Preparing method statement and JSAs
•Raising RFIs and coordinate with consultants for inspection.
•Prepare daily, weekly and monthly work schedules.
•Control the quality of the work to meet the company standards
•Prepare daily progress reports.
•Conduct daily prestart briefing to work force.
•Carry out the site activities as per schedule and plans.
•Coordinate with material purchasing activities for on time delivery.
•Manage material, labor and machineries for its maximum utilization.
•Maintain quality, safety, documentation as per company standards.
•Attending weekly tool box talk, progress meeting and daily pre start meeting.
•Quality Control for various structural and finishing works.
•Ensure the quality of concrete by onsite inspection and cube sampling

Job description
•Control and give direction to subcontractors to achieve Organizational goals.
•Responsible for execution of client order as per their technical specification and drawing.
•Quality Control for various structural and finishing works such as masonry, plastering, painting, false ceiling, aluminium door and windows, roof water proofing, wooden flooring, swimming pool works, tiles and marble works, underground water proofing, doors and frame etc.
•Site mobilization, planning, scheduling and execution of all civil activities.
•Provide safe working environment.
•Attending technical meeting with client and different inspection agencies.
•Preparing weekly and monthly reports regarding the progress of work.
•Labor, material and equipment management.
•Preparing snag list
•Planning and control of material, equipment & manpower.
