• Managing annual budget of $22 million distributed across the region of accountability.
• Responsible for identifying opportunities and growing market share within ongoing and pipeline projects.

• Carrying General Manager duties & responsibilities for Oman’s office to drive the turnaround and strategic development of the branch through new biddings and alliances with key players.

Closing a multimillion dollar agreement ($18 M) with Huawei to maintain & operate the entire
Vodafone network across Qatar for 3 years. (approx. 1100 sites)
Expanded and diversified the customer base to introduce new businesses and achieve KPIs.
Building budgets for Qatar and Oman with YoY growth of around 25%.
Mobiserve Holding, with annual turnover of around $65 million, is a key player in Electromechanical, Telecom Construction, Managed Services, and Facility Management with regional presence in 7 countries within MENA and South Asia.
• Provide executive leadership on group level with focus on developing the Saudi branch.
• Provide operational & commercial strategic directions to achieve budget figures and bottom-line margins.
• Notable Accomplishments:
Obtained a 3-year managed services contract with Ericsson to operate and maintain 1800 sites of STC network in Saudi with approx. annual value of $5 million.
Overachieved all financial KPIs (Sales, EBITDA, DSO, FCF…etc.) of Saudi branch by 30% and increased sales by 40%
• Lead and direct operations of $40 million with full responsibility for the bottom-line figures.
• Accountable for a staff of 2500 employees managed through 9 direct reporting senior managers.

• Preparing technical department budget forecast based on different contracts conditions as well as revising and approving contractors & suppliers payment terms (site acquisition, civil works & radio installations).
