• Based in Qatar with direct reporting to Group CEO & Vice Chairman in Head Office (Kuwait).
• Managing annual budget of $22 million distributed across the region of accountability.
• Responsible for identifying opportunities and growing market share within ongoing and pipeline projects.
• Accountable for End-to-End service delivery utilizing project management strategies & methodologies.
• Implementing strategic business plans that deliver quality costumer experience through strong business partnerships with client stakeholders.
• Carrying General Manager duties & responsibilities for Oman’s office to drive the turnaround and strategic development of the branch through new biddings and alliances with key players.
• Notable Accomplishments:
 Closing a multimillion dollar agreement ($18 M) with Huawei to maintain & operate the entire
Vodafone network across Qatar for 3 years. (approx. 1100 sites)
 Expanded and diversified the customer base to introduce new businesses and achieve KPIs.
 Building budgets for Qatar and Oman with YoY growth of around 25%.

Mobiserve Holding, with annual turnover of around $65 million, is a key player in Electromechanical, Telecom Construction, Managed Services, and Facility Management with regional presence in 7 countries within MENA and South Asia.

• Provide executive leadership on group level with focus on developing the Saudi branch.
• Provide operational & commercial strategic directions to achieve budget figures and bottom-line margins.
• Notable Accomplishments:
 Obtained a 3-year managed services contract with Ericsson to operate and maintain 1800 sites of STC network in Saudi with approx. annual value of $5 million.
 Overachieved all financial KPIs (Sales, EBITDA, DSO, FCF…etc.) of Saudi branch by 30% and increased sales by 40%

• Lead and direct operations of $40 million with full responsibility for the bottom-line figures.
• Accountable for a staff of 2500 employees managed through 9 direct reporting senior managers.
• Overlooking and lead different types of operations (Telecom infrastructure, Manufacturing and B2B printing & distribution services) and perform monthly financial evaluation of results.
• Develop policies and procedures to warrant unification of performance across the organization.

 Negotiated and concluded a 3-year contract for the first time in Egypt to operate and maintain the majority of Orange Egypt network with approx. value of $42 million.
 Built an organization of professionals as a result of full restructuring process of the company.

• Lead a $30 million operations with direct P&L responsibility
• Provide cross-functional management involving 8 direct reporting functions and general oversight of approx. 500 employees.

• Contra, a part of Orascom Telecom Group with approx. turnover of $25 million, operating in 5 countries within MENA and South Asia.
• Reporting to CEO and directing 5 Country Managers in different operations with general oversight of 250 employees.

 Tripled sales figure to reach $25 million in 2 years.
 Extended footprint to new markets in ME & South Asia.
 Lead the company to high profitability through strategic and efficient restructuring.

• Involved in all phases of a project that includes: RFQs, supplier selection, contract signature, project implementation schedules as well as final phases of service acceptance.
• Review and negotiate with vendors and contractors all contract terms & conditions.
• Preparing technical department budget forecast based on different contracts conditions as well as revising and approving contractors & suppliers payment terms (site acquisition, civil works & radio installations).
• Issuing all purchase requests for services technically required in accordance with the approved budgets.
