Hayat, with approximate annual turnover of $60 million, is a Telecom infrastructure / electromechanical services provider specialized in design, supply, build and management of various fixed and wireless networks.
• Based in Qatar with direct reporting to Group CEO & Vice Chairman in Head Office (Kuwait).
• Managing annual budget of $22 million distributed across the region of accountability.
• Responsible for identifying opportunities and growing market share within ongoing and pipeline projects.
• Accountable for End-to-End service delivery utilizing project management strategies & methodologies.
• Implementing strategic business plans that deliver quality costumer experience through strong business partnerships with client stakeholders.
• Carrying General Manager duties & responsibilities for Oman’s office to drive the turnaround and strategic development of the branch through new biddings and alliances with key players.
• Notable Accomplishments:
 Closing a multimillion dollar agreement ($18 M) with Huawei to maintain & operate the entire
Vodafone network across Qatar for 3 years. (approx. 1100 sites)
 Expanded and diversified the customer base to introduce new businesses and achieve KPIs.
 Building budgets for Qatar and Oman with YoY growth of around 25%.

COO & General Manager - KSA at Mobiserve Holding (Invest AD – Abu Dhabi)
