Lead MEP teams (Seniors and Inspectors) to achieve the target performance and improve KPI index (Quality and Time)
Ensures that the MEP drawings are coordinated and in line with other discipline design drawings of the project prior proceeding with work to meet design and operator requirements as well.
Review bi-weekly Project Time Schedule (MEP activities) and Dashboard to ensure the construction activities within time frame and highlighting the critical activities and proper recovery plan if required
Review and approve all IPC and VO compared to Contract documents
Reviews and gives approvals for all electrical related submissions shop drawings, method statements, MEP coordination drawing, material approval and all related executed site work.
Coordinate all work for proper installation, HVAC systems, AHU’s, FCU’s, chillers, Chilled water pumps to meet project requirements and approved ACMV as per QCDD.
Ensure that BMS interface with all required system and recommended others if not mentioned in IFC specs for proper operation and avoiding lots of faults due to the unique project environment

Reviews and gives approvals for all electrical related submissions shop drawings, MEP coordination drawing, material approval request, Method statement of installation, Testing and commissioning submittal, As-Built drawings and OEM manuals.
Verifies that materials, manufactured goods, machinery, equipment, etc. Supplied to the job site are in line with projects specification, local authorities requirements and granted approvals.
Directing Electrical Engineers/Inspectors team
Achieve the executed work to get authorities approval, Kahramaa substation, Transformer rooms and HV installation.
Coordinate all work for proper installation, HVAC systems, AHU’s, FCU’s, chillers, Chilled water pumps to meet project requirements and approved ACMV as per QCDD.
Service Tunnel installation supervision (Kahramaa substation, HV cables installation/trenches/tunnel ventilation and Jet Fans work.
Liaising with CS team, Client, PM, FM and contractors, when required
Review and recheck all maintenance process as a facility management after handling the project for one year warrantee.

Ensures that the MEP drawings are coordinated and in line with other discipline design drawings of the project prior proceeding with work and to highlight to the PM of any discrepancies for necessary actions.
Coordinate and review on time all electrical shop drawings, material submittals, WMS, RFI and close-out documents.
