• To maintain the outlet reservation list, and check the outlet reservations list
frequently during the shift.
• To approach guests suggesting a cocktail/ wine or non-alcoholic beverage and
recommending promotional items.
• To use approved suggestive selling techniques to up sell products with higher
profit margin.
• Performs any other duties as assigned to him / her by management.
• To inform guests of last call.
• To maintain knowledge outlets inventory.
• To ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified
immediately.
• To understand and strictly adhere to the rules& regulations established in
regards to the hotel policy on fire, hygiene, and health & safety.

correct uniform and name badge at all times.

Conducting daily, monthly, annual inventory
Ensure that all the team are following the highest hygiene standard
Follow the preparation, cooking & serving standards.
Check the all items on buffet during preparation and during operation Hours.
Provide customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service.
Clear understanding of the section and providing product knowledge to
customers.
Excellent communication with customers including welcoming, greeting and
acknowledgment.
Take ownership and effectively deal with customer queries complaints.
Follow the RULE of selling - greeting, asking, listening, advising and
thanking the customers.

• To ensure that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established
concept statement, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible
service at all times, following the hotel standers.

menu in the absence of the outlet manager.
