Long and short-term Strategic Business Planning
Proactive networking with potential clients in order to ascertain the prevailing global market-trends in the construction sector and thus providing input to corporate planning, strategies and plans. While ensuring the vertical alignment with interfacing departmental strategies and group companies.
Risk Assessment and Due Diligence Analysis
Providing top management with an informed view of the risks involved and proposing risk mitigation measures to enable the projects to proceed with acceptable level of risk.
International Partnerships & Joint Ventures.
Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential partners in order to pursue business expansion initiatives across business verticals. This includes research, initial contact and Partner HQ auditing, followed by Joint Venture collaboration as integrated, incorporated JV’s and also project specific collaborations.
Tender Prequalification
Involves multi-tiered, formal techno-commerical submittals for tendering in various construction sectors with Government, PPP and Private clients. It involves company and departmental audits and Presentations to client, consultants and other stakeholders.
Knowledge Transfer
Communicating across business verticles and group, working with all businesses within the Group to co-join products and services in order to provide the most comprehensive solution to the customer.
