Performing as a Manager, I mainly supervise and manage overall company operation that includes marketing, customer service, and logistic functions. I also work with the CFO in preparing documents such as expenses, financial reports, and annual budget. I even implement processes and standard policies to maximize revenues and minimize operational costs for the business.
Spearheaded as a Region Manager, I managed daily administrative tasks, including financial management, planning, systems, and control. I also collaborated with other departments in executing plans for new business development, boosting the operational systems. I even developed company SOP to structure the whole organization and replicate the successful strategy in other markets.
