• Maintaining a Data repository of (SCR) System change requests and (BR) Business Requirements soft copy’s.
• Maintaining the BR/SCR (OLAP) Online Analytical Processing based on excel format which shows status of the issued BR/SCR on the spot for other business departments within the Bank.
• Doing routine health checks on ITQA SCR/BR Database and OLAP.
• Handling Business enquiries regarding their BR’s. And following up on BR Updates.

• Conducting weekly meetings with IT management to discuss SCR/BR’s priority and statuses.
