Oversee all accounting functions including Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Reconcile bank accounts monthly.
Monthly Payroll preparation.
Preparing purchase order.
Co-ordinate with suppliers and freight forwarder.
Maintaining accounts, databases and daily billings in order and up to date
Interface with HR regarding all human resources related accounting including payroll.
Maintaining Petty cash statement & weekly reporting.
Generate financial statements such as for 2 separate companies;
• Balance Sheet.
• Income statement
o Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable.
o Preparing monthly sales and purchase report to submit monthly sales tax
o E-filing of vat and TDS monthly payment
o Handling Sales Tax Assessement
o Bank reconciliation.
o Maintaining accounts, databases and daily billings in order and up to date
o Daily Bank book and cash book entries.
o Generate financial statements such as;
Profit & Loss accounts
Balance Sheet.
Income statement
