• Establish the Chemical and Microbiological lab. To comply with the EOS standards.
• Development of 4 suppliers to be the first tire of ICFI.
• Leading the continual improvement team to reduce the waste by 24%.
• Training of more than 180 persons on 18 months (GMP, Personal Hygiene and HACCP).
• Maintain the approved quality budget with cost saving 19%.
• Reduce the monthly governmental NC’s of the products from 14 to one on 2015.
